1. Service Description

Pockee provides wish budgeting, lightweight expense tracking, income and expense management, CloudKit sync, and AI-assisted planning features. We may improve or change the app over time and do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on all devices, or in all regions.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter and for keeping your Apple ID, device, and iCloud account secure. Losses caused by incorrect input, accidental deletion, or account/device mismanagement are your responsibility.

3. Not Professional Advice

Budget results, spending reminders, and AI suggestions provided by Pockee are for reference only and do not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, tax, or mental health advice. You are responsible for your own spending, saving, investment, and financial decisions.

4. AI Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your personal situation. You should not rely solely on AI output for important decisions.

5. Data and Sync

Pockee uses local device storage and Apple CloudKit to save or sync data. CloudKit, iCloud, network conditions, or system service issues may cause sync delays or failures.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use Pockee for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities.
Reverse engineer, crack, attack, or interfere with the app, CloudKit, or related services.
Abuse AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pockee is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or platform rules. Continued use of Pockee means you accept the updated Terms.
